again! but this time all the pictures are jane’s and can be found on her
on my last day of working as a nanny this summer, i planned an adventure to the sculpture garden and the walker art center. the plan was to just walk through quickly…. until we discovered eight floors of fascinating, capturing art.
so, two hours later, we finally headed home with nice memories and some really cool pictures.
another outing that found it’s way into my end-of-summer agenda was a trip to the minnesota zoo. it exceeded my expectations and was great for the many different aged kids and adults that joined me.
the minnesota state fair! for all our non locals, the minnesota state fair is known for it’s unique, delicious, deep fried food, usually found on a stick, (with an exception to this delicious corn) and it happens to be the largest state fair by daily attendance. yum!
this was my favorite picture of the whole summer. ( i mean just look at the colors!) recently, i got to spend the day with my little brother and sister, and, of course, i embraced my inner nine year old by enjoying all the rides at como zoo (i guess i like zoos ha), like this one: the frog hopper.
and another fair/ride picture!
with school starting and fall just around the corner, girls tennis season is in full swing! my days are booked with sunny matches and i could not be happier.
melting snow cones under a hot sun, flip flops, and sun bleached hair… if that’s not summer, i don’t know what is.
as i looked through my chipotle cultivate festival album again, i found this awesome shot that i somehow missed before! I think this really captures the day: fun friends (hey greta!) and big smiles.
thanks for being a special part of our summer and following along. we love capturing memories both in the moment and through the camera lens because we believe pictures can speak a thousand words. so, here’s to endless fun times, pictures, and memories.
