work outs for a week

get outside, enjoy the weather, and give it a try!

sunday: rest day. watch an inspirational movie to get you ready for the week. (i’d suggest the usain bolt documentary on netflix)

monday: long walk or bike ride

tuesday: upper body workout: push ups, pull ups, weights (more ideas here)

wednesday: ab and lower body workout: crunches, planks, squats, calf raises (more ideas here)

thursday: a good run! (track you route afterwards here)

friday: find a park or area to do stairs and sprints. short but effective!

saturday: yoga, spin, or dance class with some friends
