easy summer snacks

here are three easy summertime snacks that can be made in five minutes or less:

the everything smoothie-

  • one banana
  • 8-10 strawberries
  • a hand full of blueberries
  • 3 spoon full’s of coconut greek yogurt (try noosa!)
  • ice cubes as desired
  • dash of milk or juice

blend and enjoy!

easy guacamole-

  • 1 avocado
  • chopped tomatoes as desired
  • chopped onions as desired
  • dash of lemon juice
  • garlic salt
  • pepper

mash and mix together and enjoy!

chocolate avocado frosty

  • 1/2 cup of frozen banana slices
  • 1 cup chocolate milk
  • 1/2 avocado

blend together and enjoy!
