i, jane, am officially halfway through training for my half marathon in november !! i’m marking this milestone with a few of my favorite cross fit workouts and the fit people that inspire me to stay on track.
between long training runs, i like to include light cross fit including:
planks: 45sec on, 15sec off, 30sec on, 15sec off, 15sec on
arms: 12-15lbs basic curls
box jumps: two min. of alternating jumps with a partner
wall sit: until i can’t hold it anymore!
sprints 1-2 times a week
& lots of stretching, calf raises, and shin split prevention exercises
